Pure Wellness Group offers different types of tests for food allergies and sensitivities, including conventional food allergy testing in serum, finger prick testing for food sensitivities, or dietary elimination strategies.

Why is Food Allergy & Sensitivity Testing important?
When an immune reaction occurs, the immune system reacts by releasing cells called antibodies. The foods and inhaled particles that provoke the release of antibodies are called allergens.
Two commonly produced antibodies are IgG (immunoglobulin G) and IgE (immunoglobulin E). Food Sensitivity Testing involves testing for the IgG immune response to a variety of foods. IgG testing requires a simple finger poke, taken at home.

What happens at a first appointment?
When you visit Pure Wellness, your health care provider will complete a full assessment of your health and medical history so that any condition you are suffering from can be addressed in an appropriate manner.
When is the clinic open?
- Monday – Thursday: 9am – 5pm
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday: Closed
