Meet Dr. Megan Brousseau HBSc ND

Her Path to Integrative Medicine

Dr. Megan Brousseau was born and raised in Sudbury, Ontario. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioural Neuroscience at Laurentian University before completing the four-year Doctor of Naturopathy program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. Dr. Brousseau’s clinical approach is evidence-based, patient-centered, and thorough. She is passionate about helping individuals feel heard, supported, and actively involved in their own health. She takes the time to understand each person’s story, explore potential underlying contributors, and create individualized treatment plans that are realistic, sustainable, and tailored to their needs.

Growing up in a family that valued health and wellness, Dr. Brousseau developed an early appreciation for prevention and the impact that daily lifestyle choices can have on long-term wellbeing. From a young age, she was taught the importance of understanding what we put into our bodies and how those choices can affect overall health. This foundation helped shape her interest in Naturopathic Medicine and her desire to help people find answers.

Dr. Brousseau has a particular interest in skin health but also enjoys supporting a wide range of health goals and conditions. She values the relationships she builds in practice and finds great fulfillment in supporting others through their health journeys and celebrating their successes along the way.
